Feb 28 - 2010 - QB Farm Student Matt LaCosse Receives Three Division-1 College Scholarship

Offers During the Month of February, 2010 (Illinois, Toledo, and NIU)

Naperville North High School Junior quarterback Matt LaCosse has received three Division-1

College football scholarship offers within the past few week in February. Many other

Division-1 programs have invited Matt to attend their "Jr Day" programs.  Many coaches

have openly stated they love the look of Matt's size and speed as an athlete which would

allow Matt to easily fit as a tight-end as well as a quarterback.  Matt has shown some very strong

glimpses of a passing quarterback, but even more impressive with 4.6- 40yd dash speed has

shown an tremendous ability to run and move like running back at 6'6" and 220lbs.  QB Farm Coach

Steve Gregory has openly stated on several occasions that" Matt will surprise all the skeptics

who think he is a run first quarterback.  Matt has the ability to carry a D-1college program with

his arm and feet ...if only given the chance.  Matt has a brand new head football coach at his high

school that just may give him the opportunity to showcase his overall potential."
