Chicago Suburbs Spring / Summer Monday Night Scrimmage Games

• NO Team Entry Fee- FREE / Spring & Summer
• QB / WR Camp to Kick Off the Season
• 7-15 Member Teams
• Monday Night Games
• Three Age Divisions - (As of Fall 2010) ,5th/6th grade - 7th/8th grade - 9th grade
• $25 one time Coach fee for grounds. 
• Games at 5pm - 6pm - 7pm
• Must call in on or before Sunday of each week to schedule your team's game.

All the players will need is cleats, mouth piece, something to drink and the will to become a better football player.

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR TEAM

1.  Click here to download your Team Entry Form and Waiver.

     Please make sure that every team member's parent/guardian

     completes the waiver form (2nd form).

2.  Please bring your signed waiver forms and team information form

     to the 1st night you wish to compete.  No player will be able to

     play without the waiver form signed by his legal guardian.  Coaches fee of $25 is also due before your

     team can compete. If you wish to compete often and secure your team's spot for each week, you can

     mail in your coaching fee and team info sheet to the address below:
