Coach Steve Gregory - (Read Bio)
Being a former football player, varsity High School coach and a father, I can help your son improve his QB skills and ultimately increase his level of self-confidence. Our important focus is about the results of each student. (see endorsement page) There is a huge difference between other private QB Coaches and what we do at the QB Farm. We give individual attention and assess each athlete in order to identify their weaknesses for maximum improvement. We ask the parents to do your research of the various coaches and QB schools in your area before committing your time and money to the QB Farm. Our program requires a focused commitment not only from the students but from parents as well. Our program is not designed to train periodically and hope to achieve results. It is designed to guarantee positive growth and improvement for all students who enter our program. We do ask parents to please be prepared to complete all training phases of our program befores signing up. Unlike other QB training prgrams that may offer pointers on how to throw good spirals and little else, our complete Quarterback training program addresses all aspects of the position. We teach a great deal of footwork, passing mechanics, arm strength & accuracy building, as well as D-coverage reading and game flow and clock management.

Overcoming Obstacles for Success
QB Camps are a very good venue to get an idea if your quarterback has the fire and ability to pursue the journey of competing and winning the starting quarterback position for his team. When compared to individual QB instruction and training, camps are not in the same category of results for a student. So if your goal as a parent is to position your son to succeed, you have to prepare to overcome the adversity that comes with reaching such a lofty goal. Today, training year round is one good way to overcome obstacles such as political landscapes, competing against the Coach's son, or high school coaches who want your son to play a different position to fit their team need with total disregard of your son's possibly college opportunity. Football is truly a team sport and that will never change, but some high school coaches may like to run the ball 90% of the time which may be their comfort zone of coaching not realizing they're hurting your son's chance to be seen by college coaches. The only way to cut through these unfortunate political landscapes and agendas are to train hard, year round and when summer practice begins,...you have left no doubt in everyone's eyes as to who should be playing QB for your team. We teach our students the mind-set of "The only true competitor you will ever have is the "guy in the mirror". We have had several college quarterback stories train with us and for every college scholarship we've produced, we've had 10 students who were actually better quarterbacks but fell victim to the above mentioned obstacles. There is a great deal more to throwing a nice spiral to achieve the goal of becoming the starting quarterback.
