QB Farm Student Matt LaCosse Offensive MVP 1st Week

Matt LaCosse - Naperville North HS - Naperville, IL

The 6-foot-7, 225-pound senior quarterback helped the Huskies plow their way to a 29-28 come-from-behind victory over Neuqua Valley. LaCosse carried the ball 36 times for 263 yards and added touchdown runs of 5, 50 and 25 yards. His final touchdown run with six minutes, 56 seconds left put Naperville North ahead to stay.  Although Matt has a very strong, accurate arm, he has not yet had the opportunity to showcase his passing skills.
